– Investing in what real estate segment will dominate in 2016?

Taking into account the current situation in the economy and in the country as a whole, many market players will behave in the most balanced way. Investors will not leave the market, and will continue to monitor proposals pending the adequate price. As for the major transactions, we suppose there will be a low investment activity in 2016. As in the previous years, there will be no the explicit preference to a particular segment, and everything will depend on the project and on the requested price. Traditionally, the investors will be focused on the office and commercial segment.
Our company practically does not consider the development projects. We might be interested in buying either existing facilities or the projects close to their completion, which can be brought to operation within 6-12 months. Construction means significant risks and long investments, which very few people can afford in the current economic conditions.
