As the  result  of  the  reconstruction  the ESTA  Group  plans  to  double  the  total  area  of  the  store - up  to  37 740 m2  and  construct  the  underground  parking  lot with  200  places  using  the area  of  courtyard  and  underground space.  All the structures of  the Central  Department  Store  except  facades  will  be  disassembled.  Main  facades  of  the  building, constructed in 1939,  will be reinforced and kept intact.
