Business transparency is one of ESTA Group’s key principles. For this reason, since 2008, ESTA Group has been annually publishing the data of the Group’s consolidated reports , which contain the key financial indicators of their performance.
Consolidated reports are formed in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and include data of financial reporting of all ESTA Group companies (ESTA Group companies include all enterprises and organisations, which are under direct or indirect control of ESTA Holding, whether ESTA Holding owns or manages the controlling interest or has the majority in the management bodies of the company).
The consolidated reports are audited by the specialists of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
