ESTA Holding Expects to Install the Bollards for UAH 1.9 Million in Andriyivsky Uzviz in Kyiv before 24 May (Ukrayinski Novyny)

ESTA Holding (Donetsk) expects to install the bollards totaling to UAH 1.9 million in Andriyivsky Uzviz in Kyiv before 24 May.

This says the report of ESTA Holding.

According to the report, ESTA Holding is the investor of the project for bollards installation in Andriyivsky Uzviz.

The project is the third stage of the improvement programme for Andriyivsky Uzviz pedestrian and tourist infrastructure which has been being implemented by the company since 2012. The new traffic scheme prohibits transit drive through Andriyivsky Uzviz and restricts parking spaces.

“In 2012 we promised to take several steps for Andriyivsky Uzviz to become more comfortable for pedestrians and tourists. As the first stage there were renovated the stairs to Zamkova Hora. Then a tourist navigation project was developed by well-known Kyiv designer Igor Sklyarevsky. The third step is installation of bollards to restrict transit drive and parking spaces in the street,” Maksim Gromadtsov, CEO of the company is quoted. “The automatic bollards will be installed in the upper and lower parts of Andriyivsky Uzviz, as well as at the access way from Vozdvyzhenska Street. The bollards will be remotely controlled by efforts of Podolska State District Administration. All residents of Andriyivsky Uzviz and entrepreneurs of the area will be given electronic keys at the expense of ESTA Holding.”
