As some media have released information about demolition of three historic buildings at Andriyivs’kyi Uzviz [literally Andrew's Descent] in Kiev on the place of former Yunost garment factory we would like to make a statement that this information is not true.

ESTA Group started the preparatory work preceding the reconstruction of the metropolitan central department store. As a result of reconstruction, which will last till autumn 2014, the department store total area will double up to 45,000 sq.m, and a 200 capacity underground parking will come into existence as well. It will be possible due to the exploitation of inner court area and underground space. The facade of the building, constructed in 1939, will remain unchanged.

Esta Holding, Ukraine’s largest investor in the real estate sector, has signed a full management agreement with the Rezidor Hotel Group bringing an international mid-scale brand Park Inn Hotel by Radisson to Ukraine. The property is being developed on the basis of the existing ‘Kiev’ hotel perfectly located in Pushkin Boulevard in the center of Donetsk.
