Sergey Danilyuk
Sergey Danilyuk is an experienced developer with a 24-year record. Over this period he commissioned more than 200,000 sqm of residential housing, over 50,000 sqm of office premises and up to 100,000 sqm of commercial facilities. In 1983 – 1992 he was the Chief Architect at design and architecture group for Central Design Institute under the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. In 1993-1996 Sergey was the Ukraine representative and Chief Architect for D G Jones & Partners. Sergey Danilyuk had a solid record in management at representative offices of the biggest international companies such as MacDonald's LTD, EuroMart - cash & carry. In 2000, just before coming to ESTA Holding, Sergey joined the American company NCH Advisors, Inc as Director for Construction. Sergey Danilyuk has been with ESTA Holding since 2008. He leads Company projects conceptual decisions development and controls its implementation process.
