In 1998 Nikolay Nesterenko graduated from Donetsk State University, Accounting and Finance Department. He's got an EMBA degree of leading European business school INSEAD. In 1997 he started working in the investment sector – first as an exchange broke, then as Trading Operations Department Manager, and ultimately, in 2000, as company CEO. Nikolay Nesterenko has been with SCM Group since 2001. First he was engaged as Finance Control Department Leader, then in July 2002 he was appointed Senior Manager responsible for strategic development for several SCM Group companies of. In 2002 - 2007 he was in charge of restructuring and administration of foreign subsidiaries in Cyprus and Holland. Today Nikolay Nesterenko is ESTA Holding CEO and Director of SCM New Business Development.
